The Blind — End User License Agreement
Effective Date: October 13, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of The Blind, an internal business-management and reporting application operated by Smoke ’N Quack, LLC.
1. Purpose
The Blind is designed to help authorized users review and manage business information, including financial reporting, commerce data, marketing analytics, inventory, operational information, and related business metrics.
2. QuickBooks Integration
The Blind may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized API and OAuth authentication process. The current QuickBooks integration is intended for business reporting and analysis, including access to information such as company information, financial statements, and related accounting data.
The Blind does not authorize itself to create, modify, or delete QuickBooks accounting transactions unless such functionality is expressly implemented and authorized in the future.
3. Authorized Use
Access to The Blind is limited to authorized business users. Users may not attempt to bypass security controls, access information belonging to another organization, misuse connected third-party services, or use The Blind for unlawful purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
The Blind may connect with third-party services including QuickBooks Online, website and commerce platforms, analytics services, advertising platforms, and operational systems. Use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
5. Data and Credentials
Authentication credentials, access tokens, and similar secrets are handled through secured application processes and are not intended to be exposed through the user interface. Users are responsible for safeguarding their own account credentials.
6. Availability
The Blind is provided for internal business operations and may be updated, modified, interrupted, or discontinued as the application evolves.
7. No Accounting or Legal Advice
The Blind is an operational and reporting tool. Information presented through the application does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Official accounting records remain with the applicable accounting system, including QuickBooks Online.
8. Termination and Disconnection
Access may be revoked at any time. Connections to third-party services such as QuickBooks may also be disconnected or reauthorized when necessary.
